The InLine® HDMI KVM Extender over IP Receiver is the receiving unit of an HDMI KVM-over-IP system and is operated exclusively in conjunction with the InLine® transmitter unit, item 57886I. It provides the HDMI, USB and IR signals transmitted by the transmitter and enables the operation of a remote workstation while the signal source remains centrally installed.
The system supports a maximum resolution of up to 4K @ 60 Hz with 4:4:4 colour sampling and a video bandwidth of up to 18 Gb/s. Modern HDR formats and common HDCP versions are supported.
Operation can be either as a direct point-to-point connection or via a suitable network switch with Gigabit support. Multiple receivers output identical image, USB and IR signals without the need for manual assignment.
Remote systems can be fully controlled via the integrated KVM function. Firmware updates and system functions are conveniently performed via the service connection.
