The InLine® PCIe interface card adds two RS-232 serial interfaces and one parallel port to modern computer systems, thereby enabling the continued operation of existing legacy hardware. The card is suitable for professional applications involving serial controllers, measurement systems, embedded hardware, POS systems or parallel port devices.
The integrated WCH CH382L chipset supports 16C550, 16C552, 16C554 and 16C750-compatible UART functions. This allows existing serial devices to be reliably integrated into modern PCIe systems. The configurable transmission parameters enable flexible adaptation to different communication requirements.
In addition, the parallel interface supports the IEEE 1284 standard with SPP, PS/2, EPP and ECP modes. This makes the card suitable for compatible printers, controllers and industrial peripherals with a parallel connection.
Thanks to the PCIe x1 connection, the interface card can be easily integrated into compatible systems. The included low-profile slot brackets also allow installation in compact enclosures and industrial PCs.
